A fitness club for a new millennium. Fx Fitness has been established for those that are seeking something more than a gym workout, something that will have an effect on your life! Many of you join for fitness, confidence, self defences or to gain your black belt. Whatever your reason martial art is a journey, where you learn gradually and are continually challenged. You will see and feel your improvements. Because of this when you do achieve your black belt you will be deservedly proud of your achievement. If at any time you become frustrated take the time to speak with one of the instructors about your predicament and remind yourself of why you began this journey and how much you have achieved thus far. The instructors are here to help, guide and encourage, the real effort comes from you. This is why you will be proud of each progressive step. We like the focus to be on fitness, fun, technique and a sense of belonging to a club where we take the time to help and listen to each and every member. The techniques and skills you learn are designed for real life circumstances and will enable you to take them out of the dojang and use them in real life. We will watch your confidence grow, observe your skills improve. Your balance, flexibility and fitness will improve. Self discipline and control will help your every day life and if you wish to take these skills and compete Fx fitness will be there right by your side to help you reach your goals. We are committed to ongoing education so that you learn the most current techniques, in the most effective manner in a controlled safe environment. Fx Fitness focuses on respect to yourself, your instructors, your colleagues and the sport. Our aim is to make sure your training is a positive, aspect of your life, so that after each session you come away feeling a little fitter, a little wiser and a little happier to tackle your next challenges.
